Not my coin — freeze fees
Anyone can point a pool at a Twitch login. If that’s you and you do not consent,
prove identity with Twitch and we freeze accruals and claims on your pot (do_not_pay).
Pending streamer ledger is forfeited so it does not become NeverLogOff revenue — partner fees stay unclaimed in the pool.

We never freeze someone else’s pot from a typed handle — only the Twitch account that signs in.
Ops must clear a freeze manually. See Legal.
Passing ?mint=… also adds that mint to the public disavowal registry
(fees stop; public-record metadata cannot be deleted).
