Privacy
We collect as little as the product needs. There are no ads, no analytics trackers, and we don't sell data. Anything you publish on purpose (an endorsement, a disavowal) is public by design, and anything on a blockchain is public forever.
Last updated 26 September 2026. This is a soft-launch notice and may change as features switch on; changes are listed on the changelog.
Who runs this
NeverLogOff is an early test project, not yet a registered business. Its developer is the data controller for this site. Contact: legal@neverlogoff.com.
What we collect and why
| When you… | We keep | Why | For how long |
|---|---|---|---|
| Search for coins about a name | The name you searched and the results | To run the search and avoid repeating it | Results are cached for 10 minutes |
| Use any page or API | Your IP address, in a rate-limit counter | To stop abuse and floods | Until the rate-limit window ends (minutes) |
| Sign in with Twitch | Your Twitch user id and login name. We ask Twitch for the minimum (openid): no email, no password |
To prove a coin or statement is really about you | Sign-in cookie lasts 1 hour. The id stays on any statement or balance linked to it |
| Endorse, disavow or report a coin | The coin, the name it's about, your stance, how you proved it, the time, and any reason you give | Publishing this is the point: anyone can check it | Public. You can change or clear your stance at any time; earlier stances stay in the history as an audit record |
| Prove you own a domain | The domain, the DNS record you added, and public registry details (registrar, dates, status) | To check the domain is yours, and to notice if it later changes hands | While the proof is in use |
| Prove an X or YouTube account (when switched on) | That platform's account id and handle, which accounts you have linked to your NeverLogOff record, and the time you confirmed you are 18 or over. We never store your date of birth | So a coin can pay one person across the accounts they prove, and to keep under-18s out of payouts | While your record exists |
| Claim fees (when switched on) | Your wallet address, balances and payouts | To pay you and keep accurate financial records | As long as the law requires for financial records |
Who else sees it
- Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard server logs.
- Upstash is our database.
- Cloudflare R2 stores coin images and metadata.
- Twitch, and once switched on X and Google (YouTube), handle sign-in when you choose them.
- DexScreener and Jupiter receive the name you search (and up to two name words we derive from it, such as “melania” from “melaniatrump”), from our server, not from your browser. pump.fun is only asked for its newest listings, never for your search.
- Google Fonts: your browser loads fonts from Google, which sees your IP address.
- Solana: anything on-chain (coins, transfers, wallet addresses) is public and permanent. We can't delete it, and nobody else can either.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email the contact above. Some records we can't delete: on-chain data, and financial records we must keep by law. If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
What we never do
- DM or email you about money, or ask for a seed phrase or private key.
- Run ads or third-party tracking scripts.
- Sell or rent your data.
