$NEVERS is a meme coin. It has no use on this site, and nothing on NeverLogOff needs it.
NEVERS has not launched yet. This notice describes it as it will be at launch. Its addresses and percentages will be published here at launch.

$NEVERS. NEVERS is a meme coin on Solana with a fixed supply of 1,000,000,000. Nobody can create more, freeze it or edit its name. It launched on a Meteora Dynamic Bonding Curve, a program we do not run.
Fee. Each trade on the curve, and after graduation in its Meteora pool, pays a 2% fee in SOL. Meteora keeps about a fifth of it. The rest goes to a NeverLogOff multisig wallet that needs 2 of 3 keys ((address will be published at launch)). That fee is our only income from the coin.
Dev wallets. At launch, NeverLogOff bought NEVERS into two wallets of one multisig that needs 2 of 3 keys:
- Dev wallet (address will be published at launch) (faucet): 1% bought at launch for the free faucet only, never sold, every transfer public.
- Dev wallet (address will be published at launch) (community & grants): (percentage will be published at launch) bought at launch to give away free to the community and as grants, never sold, every transfer public.
Together that is (percentage will be published at launch), bought for 3.333 SOL in the launch transaction (link will be published at launch).
Faucet. Wallet sign-ups get 1 free NEVERS as a souvenir showing the wallet was made with NeverLogOff.
No promises. NeverLogOff makes no promises about NEVERS. It has no use on this site today. Not for UK or sanctioned persons, or under-18s.

Anyone can make a coin with the same name; only the address written here is this one.
What it does on this site
- Nothing. You cannot spend it with NeverLogOff, redeem it, or exchange it for anything we offer.
- Holding it gives you nothing from us: no discount, no access, no reward, no share in NeverLogOff, and no vote.
- Nothing on the site needs it. An account made with an email gets the same site as one made with a wallet.
How the faucet works
You sign in, confirm that you are 18 or over and not in a restricted place, prove the wallet is yours by signing a message, and approve one transfer of one coin. Your wallet pays the small network fee. One claim per person, ever.
Why there is a faucet
Sign in with email, or with your wallet: no email needed. Same site, same beta access either way, and $NEVERS is not needed for any of it.
A coin cannot show where it came from, so we do not look at what a wallet holds. We look at the claim itself: the one transfer from our faucet wallet, with our own note on it. A wallet whose coins came from someone else is not marked as made with NeverLogOff. The mark is only a label. It does not unlock anything.

- Not for visitors in the United Kingdom, or in sanctioned countries and regions.
- 18+ only.
- You are responsible for following the law where you are.
