Legal

Product terms for fee routing. Not a substitute for counsel review before mainnet scale.

Anti-phishing (read this)

NeverLogOff will never DM or email you asking to claim fees, connect a wallet, or “verify” Twitch.

Claim only ever starts at https://neverlogoff.com/claim (or the DNS path at /claim-dns). Bookmark that URL. Ignore lookalike domains, Discord “support”, Telegram tips, and any message that says money is waiting if you click a link.

If someone contacts you about NeverLogOff balances, treat it as hostile until you typed our domain yourself.

Balances are SOL-denominated

Fees arrive as quote (typically WSOL). Accrued balances are SOL units, not a USD promise. If SOL’s dollar price moves between accrual and payout, the dollar amount you receive moves with it. We do not silently convert to USDC in v1 (ATA rent at scale is real).

You need a wallet — not SOL

Payout is NeverLogOff sending to your address. You need a Solana wallet installed and an address bound at claim. You do not need SOL in that wallet to receive — we sponsor the send and do not deduct it from your balance.

Tax records

Receiving crypto may be a taxable event where you live. We may offer a CSV of payouts with USD-at-receipt when recorded (/api/tax-export after sign-in). That file is a record, not tax advice.

If NeverLogOff disappears

Streamer pots are ledger obligations backed by treasury SOL we control. If the company vanishes, balances are not self-custodial NFTs you can claim without us. Continuity depends on cold-key succession and ops runbooks (see treasury custody). Plain version: until you withdraw, you are trusting our custody.

Account sales / stolen Twitch

Buying a Twitch account to drain a pot is fraud. Helix cannot detect account sales (user id survives). We may freeze pots on dormancy / risk signals and require step-up. Timelocks already apply on first bind and address change.

Not affiliated

NeverLogOff is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Twitch Interactive, Amazon, Meteora, pump.fun, Jupiter, DexScreener, or Solana Foundation.

Not financial advice

Tokens launched via this site may be worthless. Trading fees, vault splits, and claims are experimental. You can lose money. Tax treatment of fee income is your responsibility.

Not an investment

A coin launched here names one person and routes part of its trading fees to them. That is what it is for. Holding a coin, or $NEVERS, pays you nothing: no dividends, ever. We make no promises or predictions about price, we do not market any coin or $NEVERS as an investment, and we never step in to support a price. You may be able to pass a coin on to someone else; that does not change what it is for.

Surprise tokens / lookalikes / offensive coins

Anyone can point a pool at a Twitch login in metadata — including with a racist name or image. That does not mean the streamer endorsed the coin. Payable status requires Helix id match, permanent LP lock, and claim authority we control.

do_not_pay freezes fees. It cannot delete on-chain metadata. For the public record of mints we refuse association with, see the disavowal registry.

If a coin used your name without consent: Not me — freeze fees. Pass ?mint=… to also list that mint on /disavow. Ops must clear freezes manually.

Disavowal — money does not become ours

On-chain, trading fees already land with the NeverLogOff fee-claimer. The 80/15/5 split is an off-chain ledger over that float. (Coins that pay the named person straight to their own wallet on-chain — built, tested on devnet, not live yet — work differently: we never hold that 80% and cannot move it.) If a streamer freezes via do_not_pay / /report-fees:

  1. Their streamer ledger balance is zeroed and forfeited — it is not protocol revenue and is not paid to them.
  2. Sink (v0): leave partner fees unclaimed on-chain for that pot / mint. We do not sweep those fees into operating treasury.
  3. Maker slice on a named mint may be withheld separately (see take-down).

Refusal must not enrich NeverLogOff. A later named charity may replace the sink; the rule stays.

Unclaimed balances

A streamer has no NeverLogOff account until they claim with Twitch OIDC. Until then, accrued fees are a contingent obligation on our books (closer to unclaimed property than a deposit you opted into).

  1. Published policy (live here): after public or direct notice and a 180-day window (one extension while logged in), remaining streamer share may be recycled to NeverLogOff. We do take that float — it is not burned — but it is ring-fenced for community spend (grants, creator support, public goods), not general operating profit. No silent recycle. ⚠ Counsel review owed before first recycle.
  2. Implementation status: the recycle runner is unbuilt. Nothing in production forfeits or moves unclaimed streamer share after 180 days today. Money sits — the conservative failure mode — until a counsel-reviewed runner ships.
  3. 90-day dormancy ≠ recycle: a long-absent account with a large pending balance can trigger a step-up confirm (require_live_confirm). That is an account-takeover risk signal, not forfeiture.
  4. Pre-claim pools: we may hold or sweep pre-claim fee float as breakage-like treasury management. Disclosed here; not a silent earn-on-your-name product.
  5. Post-claim, pre-withdrawal: once claimed, balances are customer funds, ring-fenced by default — we do not silently earn yield on your named balance.
  6. Disavowal ≠ unclaimed TTL: freeze/report sinks fees leave_unclaimed_on_chain — not a recycle into operating income. See Disavowal above.

First recycle on any pot will not run until this page (or a successor counsel-reviewed version) has been live and a production recycle runner exists.

Venues

Meteora is the native launch path: fixed starting pool fee 2% (flat on the bonding curve); post-graduation it decays on price multiples to a 0.30% floor — not pre-bonding only. Creator-coin vault split 80/15/5 (named person / NeverLogOff / maker), or 80/10/10 if the named person publicly endorses the coin; nobody can edit it per coin. House and charity coins have their own fixed splits. pump.fun may be supported later as a bridge for existing coins; creator fee rates there can also decay with market cap. Rate disclosures appear on coin pages.

$NEVERS

$NEVERS is a meme coin. It has no use: you cannot spend it with NeverLogOff, redeem it, or get a discount, access or reward with it. It is not launched yet.

It is a plain Solana token: a fixed supply of 1 billion, no transfer fee, and nobody can create more, freeze it or edit its name. It launches on a Meteora Dynamic Bonding Curve with no presale. Each trade on the curve, and after graduation in its Meteora pool, pays a 2% fee in SOL. Meteora keeps about a fifth of it; the rest goes to a NeverLogOff multisig wallet that needs 2 of 3 keys. That fee is our only income from the coin. In the launch transaction NeverLogOff buys NEVERS into two declared dev wallets (faucet, and community & grants), given away free, never sold, every transfer public; the amounts are on the notice. If the curve fills up, its liquidity moves to a Meteora pool and is locked for good.

Holders get nothing from us: no share of NeverLogOff, its income or its profits, no claim on any coin's fees, no dividends and no vote. We make no promises about it. Not for visitors in the UK or in sanctioned places; 18+ only. Not an investment. See the plain notice at /token and the launch facts on /proof.

Brand note

The phrase “never log off” / historical “NEVER LOG OFF” art (e.g. Ben Aqua, ~2013) is a known prior use. Marketing scale should include a deliberate clearance check — this page does not assert trademark status.
